Return & Refund

  • Non-returnable items: Gift cards, final sale items, and personal care accessories (if any) cannot be returned.

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return (usually within 3–5 business days), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Depending on your card issuer or bank, the credit may take additional time to appear.

Partial refunds may be granted for items with obvious signs of use, missing packaging, or damage not caused by us.


3. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the return is due to a defect or error on our part (wrong item, damaged in transit), we will cover the return shipping.

  • For all other returns (buyer’s remorse, size/style preferences, etc.), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item or size, please return the original item and place a new order.


5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your bag arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including return shipping.
